The Carroll Tigers fell on the road to Harlan Thursday in soccer action. Carroll struggled on the offensive end during the game, as they did not record a shot on goal against Harlan. The Cyclones scored seven minutes into the game to make it 1-0. Harlan extended their lead to 2-0 at the 27:13 mark in the first half. Carroll’s defense stepped up for the remainder of the half as they held Harlan scoreless. Carroll would trail 2-0 at the half. Ten minutes into the second half, Harlan added another goal to extend their lead to 3-0. The Cyclones added another goal in the second half and went on to win 4-0 over Carroll. Tanner Heitoff recorded ten saves in goal for the Tigers. With the loss Carroll falls to 3-8 on the season. The Tigers are back in action on Saturday against number two Bishop Heelan.
