Kuemper won their 3rd in a row, having to go to PKs to earn the 2-1 win at Denison Schleswig. Both teams scored in the 1st half. The Knights found the back of the net when Clare Janson beat the goalie off an assist from Cierra Pudenz. Both defenses settled in from that part on, holding each other scoreless through two overtimes. The Knights earned the win, winning the PKs stage 4-3. Clare Janson had the Knights lone goal with Cierra Pudenz assisting. Addy Anthofer had 2 saves as Denison Schleswig had 8 shots. Kuemper finished with 9 shots on goal with 5 coming in the 2nd half.
The Knights move to 7-5 on the season and will host Tri Center on Friday.
