The Kuemper Knights fell at home in soccer action Monday to Denison-Schleswig. The Knights’ defense struggled in the first half, giving up four goals. The Knights trailed 4-0 at the half. Kuemper picked up the pace defensively in the second half, giving up only two goals. Tommy Fitzsimmons broke the shutout for Kuemper, knocking in a goal for the Knights. Michael Kasperbauer recorded eight saves in goal. The Knights are back in action on Friday against Tri-Center.
