Girls Golf Results Saturday, April 27th

East Sac and South Central Calhoun At OABCIG Tournament At Ida Grove Golf Club

It was a strong day for both local teams with East Sac having all six golfers in the top 24 and three in the top 10, helping them win the team title. The Raiders shot a 397, led by Sidney Bieret with a 91. The Titans finished tied for 2nd, ending in 3rd place on the 5th player scorecard. South Central Calhoun and Treynor both shot 429. They Titans had two girls in the top 10 with three in the top 22. Jordyn Stizmann of Kingsley Pierson was Medalist with a 90 and Sidney Bieret of East Sac was Runner-Up Medalist with a 91.

Bieret led the Raiders with her 91, going 42 on the front 9 and a 49 on the back 9. She finished with a birdie and two pars on the front and three pars on the back 9. Makenna Steiger added a strong day for the Raiders with a 95, going 48 on the front and a 47 on the back 9. Steiger had a par on the front 9 and a par on the back 9. She finished in 5th place. Ella Wilson also was in the top 10 for East Sac, finishing 9th with a 103. Sophia Villegas shot a 108 and finished in 15th place.

Adlen Wheelock had a strong day for the Titans, shooting a 94 with a 47 on both the front and back 9. Wheelock finished in 3rd place, picking up a par on the back 9. Mia Babcock finished in 7th place, going 51 on the front and 50 on the back for a 101. Babcock had a par on the front 9. Kyra Burns added an 11 and Sophia Wuebker shot a 123 for the Titans.

The Raiders and Titans are both at the Twin Lakes Conference Meet at Lake Creek Country Club on Monday.
