Carroll earned a hard fought win at the Breda Golf Course on Tuesday, edging Denison Schleswig by 1 stroke for a 163-164 win. Malachi Esteves of Denison Schleswig earned Medalist with a 35 but Wyatt Ragaller helped the Tigers with a 38, picking up Runner-Up Medalist honors. The balance behind Wyatt led to the win for the Tigers with Wade Ragaller shooting a 41 and Will Schultes, Moyer Olberding and Stone Sibenaller all shooting 42. The Monarchs had a 40 behind Esteves but a 43 and 47 were their final two scores.
Will Schultes had a birdie and 3 pars for Carroll with Wyatt Ragaller having a team high 7 pars on 9 holes. Wade Ragaller had 3 pars, Moyer Olberding had 2 birdies and Stone Sibenaller added a birdie and 3 pars.
The Tigers head to Lake Creek on Saturday for the Storm Lake Tournament.
