Boys Tennis Results Friday, April 19th 

Atlantic At Kuemper

Kuemper earned their fourth win of the season, remaining perfect with a sweep at home against Atlantic. The Knights went 6-0 in matches in singles, earning a 60-11 advantage in games while controlling doubles as well. They went 3-0 in matches, finishing 30-16 in games. The win improves Kuemper to 4-0 on the season.

Jake Hausman won his singles match 10-0 and teamed with Braxton Lu in doubles for a 10-5 win. Hans Kraus and Max Reincke both won their singles match 10-1. Reincke teamed with Josh Langel in doubles to win 10-5. Langel won in singles 10-4. Mason Reicks won singles 10-3 and Carter Running won his singles match 10-2. Landon Pottebaum and Colby Pudenz teamed up to win their doubles match 10-4.

The Knights head to Atlantic for a tournament on Saturday.

Southwest Valley At Audubon

The Wheelers ran into a strong team in Southwest Valley, which improved to 6-1 with a 9-0 win over the Wheelers. Isaac Jackson started strong in number one singles, leading early before falling 8-4 and Carson Matthews rebounded from a tough start to work his way back into the match in a 8-3 loss. Matthews and Lincoln Sorter played well in doubles, giving themselves a chance before falling 8-6. The Wheelers were 9-48 in singles games and 11-24 in doubles games.

Audubon heads to Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson on Monday.
