The Kuemper Knights went 1-1 on Monday at home against Creston and Ballard. All matches were played in doubles. Kuemper beat Creston 6-0 and lost to Ballard 4-2. The loss to Ballard is the first of the season for the Knights. In the win against Creston Kuemper went 60-4 in matches played. Mason Reicks and Jake Hausman picked up a 10-0 victory in number two doubles against Creston. Max Reincke and Braxton Lu also won 10-0 over Creston. Kuemper only won two games against Ballard. In the matches, the Knights went 40-52. Reicks and Hausman picked up a 10-7 victory over Ballard. Reincke and Lu picked up the other Kuemper win 10-5. Kuemper moves to 4-1 on the season. The Knights are back in action on Friday against Atlantic.
