Girls Golf Results Thursday, April 18th
Carroll and Saydel At Perry
Carroll earned a hard fought team win edging Perry on the 5th players scorecard. Katie Weitl finished with a 62 for the Tigers, topping Perry 5th score by 5 strokes, helping Carroll win the tiebreaker. Both teams shot a 215 with Delaney Schurke led Carroll, earning Medalist with a 50. The Tigers had all four of their scores in the 50’s while Perry had three girls in the low 50’s with their fourth score a 60. Saydel finished with a 221. Morgan Roberts and Amelia Henson both shot 54 and Emma Hoffman added a 57 for Carroll. Grace Garrett of Perry was Runner-Up Medalist with a 51.
The Tigers play at River Valley on Monday against ADM and Bondurant Farrar.

East Sac had two of the top three scores but fell to Pocahontas Area on Thursday in Sac City. Sidney Bieret earned Runner-Up Medalist with a 47 and Makenna Steiger finished with a 50 as the Raiders shot a 207. Pocahontas Area shot a 201 with Nicole Pambecker taking Medalist with a 45. The Indians finished in 44th, 5th and 7th place, allowing them to edge the Raiders. Sophia Villegas added a 54 for the Raiders and Brooke Burns shot a 56.
The Raiders host SE Valley on Monday.

IKM-Manning At Underwood

IKM-Manning improved to 6-1 with a 30 stroke win over Underwood at Quail Run on Thursday. Brooke Booth paced the Wolves with a 50, earning Medalist. IKM-Manning had four of the top six scores in the meet with all four girls in the 50’s. Kailynn Brecher of Underwood was Runner-Up Medalist with a 54, edging her teammate Julia Thomas, who also shot a 54 and Maeve Nielsen of IKM-Manning, who also shot a 54. IKM-Manning shot a 217 with Underwood shooting 247. Eryn Ramsey added a 55 and Ella Richards shot a 58 for the Wolves.
IKM-Manning hosts Tri Center on Friday.

Mari Gleason was the only golfer for the Wheelers, shooting a 62. Missouri Valley finished with a 246, with Henley Arbaugh winning Medalist with a 45 and Addy Vogel finishing with a 56.
The Wheelers head to Treynor on Friday.

South Central Calhoun picked up a nice win, having the three lowest scores, earning medalist and runner-up medalist in their 34 stroke win. The Titans had three of their four scores in the 50’s, shooting a 221. All six of the Titans finished in the top 8 on the individual standings. Mia Babcock won Medalist with a 52 while Charissa Nowatzke shot a 54 for Runner-Up Medalist. West Bend Mallard was led by Emma Weydert with a 56. Sophia Wuebker added a 55 for the Titans and Adlen Wheelock finished with a 60.
The Titans are at the SE Valley invite on Friday.
