The Kuemper Knights pick up a sweep to keep their outstanding season start alive as they beat Harlan Monday. The Knights went 6-0 in singles play, with Kaylie Simons picking up an 8-2 win in the number one singles matches. Ella Schwarte won 8-0 In number three, singles. As a team, Kumper went 48-7 in singles games. Kuemper also swept doubles, going 3-0. The closest match was in number one doubles. Brooke Rohe and Sophia Tidgren won 8-6 in their match. Simons and Schwarte won 8-0 in number two doubles. Kuemper went 24-6 in doubles games against Harlan. With the win, Kuemper improved to 4-0 in the season and 3-0 in the Hawkeye Ten conference. The Knights are back in action on Friday against Atlantic.
