Congratulations to Keegan Soard of South Central Calhoun on being named our Outlaw Graphics Regional Athlete of The Week. Soard was a big factor in the second half for the Titans in a one-point loss to Kuemper on Tuesday. Soard was perfect from the field, scoring ten points and pulling down 15 rebounds.
