Boys State Swimming Results Friday, February 9th 

Carroll At State- Preliminary Rounds 

Carroll continued their recording breaking season, advancing four individual events into Saturday’s final, along with all three of their relays already set to compete on Saturday. Leegan Sease earned a trip to Saturday with a 16th place finish in the 100 Fly. He swam a 52.34, beating his qualifying time of 52.92. Teagen Renze made it in back to back events for  him. He moved into Saturday in the 100 Free, taking 9th with a 47.05, beating his district time of 47.26. Renze also made it to Saturday in the 100 Back. He was 7th and will have  a chance to swim for a State Title. He swam a 51.32, just off his time from districts (51.01).  Leegan Sease lowered his own record in the 100 Breast, finishing in 13th place. He swam a 58.95, breaking his school record of 59.36, set at the district meet.

Tristan Blair took 31st in the 200 Free, Ty Thomas was 31st in the 100 Fly, Blair was 32nd in the 500 Free, rounding out the Tigers other events on Friday.
