Coon Rapids-Bayard at Rolling Valley Quad
The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders went 2-1 Tuesday night in duals as they prepare for the regional wrestling tournament coming up on Saturday. CRB picked up wins over CAM and West Harrison. The lone Crusader’s loss came to Woodbine. To start the duals off, CRB beat CAM 40-24. Despite the win, CRB went 2-2 in matches wrestled. Ethan Bauer and Tyler Mohr picked up the wins for the Crusaders. In CRB’s second dual of the night, they knocked off West Harrison 48-24. The Crusaders went 4-1 in matches wrestled in the dual. Mohr picked up his second win of the night in the dual at 285-pound weight class. The other wins for CRB came from Ethan Bauer, Caden Cook, and Jacob Meshek. CRB fell to Woodbine in their third dual 42-30. The Crusaders went 2-3 in matches wrestled against the Tigers. Mohr went 3-0 individually on Tuesday night with a win in the dual. Braydon Reineke picked up the other win for CRB against Woodbine.
