Karter Ludwig hit an early three for the fourth straight game, igniting a strong start for the Raiders as they built a 20-4 lead at the end of the 1st quarter. The Raiders needed a fast start in their fourth game this week as they showed signs of being tired in the 2nd quarter, allowing GTRA to find a rhythm offensively. The Raiders closed the quarter on a run and led 34-18 at half. The 3rd quarter was similar to the 2nd with some early struggles but closing the quarter strong. They used the energy from late part of the 3rd to put together a nice 4th quarter.

Sam Julin hit 6-3’s to finish with 18-points while Ryan Clair added 22-points and 12 rebounds. Karter Ludwig and Luke Wright both had 9-points with Wright adding 5 rebounds.

The Raiders improved to 13-3 overall and 8-2 in the Twin Lakes Conference. They head to Pocahontas on Tuesday.

Ar-We-Va controlled the game from the start, pulling away midway through the 1st quarter when their second five checked into the game, up 15-9. Tyson Von Glan and Devon Ehlers strength inside was too much for the Panthers as the Rockets stretched the lead to 31-14 at the end of the quarter. Ar-We-Va mixed in a 2-3 zone and man-to-man to keep the Panthers off balance and energize the offense. The lead continued to grow in the 2nd quarter as all ten players suited for the Rockets saw action in the 2nd quarter, building a 54-20 lead at half. The game went to continuous clock early in the 3rd and Ar-We-Va played their second five the final half of the 3rd quarter and the full 4th quarter. The defense finished with 13 steals while they dominated the glass on both ends of the floor, finishing with 50 rebounds.

Tyson Von Glan had a strong double-double with 13-points and 15 rebounds. Emmett Neumann had 12-points and 7 rebounds with Blayne Smith adding 15-points and Devon Ehlers putting together a 10-point and 9 rebound performance off the bench. Johnathan Riesselman had 10-points and Derek Thomsen finished with 8-points.

Ar-We-Va improved to 10-6 overall as they prepare to head to West Harrison on Monday.

Glidden Ralston took an early 4-0 lead but Ogden responded with an 11-0 run, using turnovers into points. Glidden Ralston struggled with the 1-3-1 as the Bulldogs sped up the game. A 15-0 start to the 2nd quarter for Ogden stretched their lead, going up 38-16 at half. Ogden kept their pressure in the 3rd quarter, forcing more turnovers that turned into points.

Charles Schon, Jonathan Bergmeier and Colby Wallace all scored 6-points with Emmett Snyder adding 5-points.

The loss dropped the Wildcats to 6-9 overall. They head to West Central Valley on Monday.
