South Central Calhoun at GTRA Quad
The South Central Calhoun Titans went 2-0 on Thursday night, picking up dual wins over GTRA and Southeast Valley. The Titans also tied with Pocahontas Area. SCC beat GTRA 48-36. Brock Nattress, Naylan Gulbranson, Zach Trott, and Wyatt Mernka picked up wins via pin against GTRA. Against PAC, the duel ended in a 42-42 tie. Mernka picked up his second win by pin against PAC. Keaton Kent and Brayden Werneburg also won via pin in the dual. SCC picked up their second dual win of the night against Southeast Valley. Nattress improved to 3-0 on the night with a pin. Werneburg also picked up his second pin of the night against Southeast Valley. SCC won the dual 60-24, winning ten of the matches against Southeast Valley.

Lenox, I-35, ACGC at Coon Rapids-Bayard Quad
The Crusader went 1-2 in duals Thursday night, with their lone win coming against Lenox. CRB lost to ACGC 74-6, with Ethan Bauer picking up the lone match win for the Crusaders due to an injury. CRB also struggled against I-35, falling 64-16. Bauer improved to 2-0 with a major decision victory over I-35. The Crusader’s best dual of the night was against Lenox, as they would win 30-18. Bauer improved to 3-0, picking up his first pin of the night over Lenox. Tyle Mohr and Treynor Cose also picked up match wins against Lenox.
