Cross Country Results for Saturday, October 28th
Class 2A State Cross Country Results
The East Sac County Raiders qualified for the state cross-country meet as a team and finished in the top ten. South Central Calhoun also sent Redge Potts, who finished within the top 85 runners. Isaiah Aragon ran the fastest time out of the local kids as he finished in 18th place for the Raiders. Parker Engel finished in 20th for East Sac County. Redge Potts for the South Central Calhoun Titans finished 82nd running a time of 17:45. Emmett Swartzentruber captured the individual state championship running a time of 15:51. Des Moines Christian ran away with the team title, finishing with 63 points. East Sac Country finished in ninth in the team race with a total of 229 points.

3A State Cross Country Results
The Kuemper Knights sent two runs to the state meet in Ryan North and Jacob Greving, both seniors. North ran the fastest time for the Knights, finishing in 36th place running a time of 16:53. Greving was not far behind as he finished in 46th running a time of 17:01. The individual state champion was Canaan Dunham of Pella. Gilbert took home the team title with 57 points. Pella was second with 63 points.
