Coon Rapids-Bayard at Woodward Granger
The CRB Boys Cross Country team ran short-handed at Woodward Granger but had an individual top-ten finish. Three boys for CRB finished in the top 31 for runners at Monday’s event. Landon Cook was the top finisher for the Crusaders with an 8th-place finish, running a time of 20:51. It was a warm day on the course, and all teams in attendance struggled. Jace Baker was the second-highest finisher for CRB, placing 26 running a time of 24:59. Kellan Hilgenberg followed, finishing 31st with a time of 25:50.
West Marshall finished first with a team score of 49 points. Clarke was just a little behind with 49 points; rounding out the top three was Baxter with 67 points. Sophomore Matt Richardson of Baxter was the individual champion at 18:57.
