Carroll rallied with 5-runs in the top 7th and 7 of their 8 runs in the 6th and 7th innings combined. Tate Schleisman walked and Chase Ragaller hit a sac fly in the 6th to pull the Tigers within 4-3, setting up the rally in the 7th. A double by Cooper Ludwig put the Tigers ahead by 1, driving in a pair of runs. Ludwig scored on an RBI single from Tate Schleisman. Carroll added a paif of insurance runs with Dreylen Schweitzer scoring on an wild pitch and Ryan North driving in a run on a ground out. Algona looked to rally in the bottom 7th, scoring a pair of runs by Chase Ragaller ended up shutting the door. Carroll had 4 errors, allowing 2 unearned runs.
Carter Essick had a team high 3 hits while Stone Sibenaller and Tate Schleisman each had 2 hits. Schleisman had a pair of RBI and did Cooper Ludwig who doubled and Chase Ragaller added 2 RBI. Mason Vought tripled. Dreylen Schweitzer pitched 6 innings, allowing 11 hits and 4 earned runs with a pair of strikeouts.

Coon Rapids Bayard rallied after giving up a pair of runs in the 1st innings to advance to the championship game, getting a 2-run blast from Cal Heydon in the 5th inning. The rally started in the 4th inning with Kolby Culbertson doubling and Cal Heydon singling to score him. Clayburg and Jace Baker who was running for Jacob Estrada both scored to give the Crusaders the 3-2 lead. Cade Behrens walked with an out in the 5th, then Cal Heydon launched a home run deep over the right field fence. Saydel responded with a run in the bottom 5th.
Cal Heydon had a team high 2 hits and 2 RBI while Kolby Culbertson and Lance Clayburg both had hits with Culbertson doubling. Kolby Culbertson and Lance Clayburg combined on the hill to allow 7 hits, allow 3 runs and strikeout 9. Culbertson picked up the win and Clayburg added a save.

Pitching dominated the early part of the game until Coon Rapids Bayard caught fire in the 5th inning, scoring 5-runs to win the Championship Game over Carroll High. Linkin Weitl for Carroll and Cal Heydon of Coon Rapids Bayard combined to allow 2 hits through the first-four innings. A Cade Behrens walk opened the door for the Crusaders. Kolby Culbertson and Cal Heydon both singled to load the bases. Lance Clayburg was hit by a pitch and the Crusaders were on the board. Jacob Estrada ripped a double, scoring two and Parker Hays grounded out, driving in a run. Coon Rapids Bayard scored their final run of the inning with a Tiger error and led 5-0. Carroll bounced back in the 6th with a Tate Schleisman single, followed by a Chase Ragaller single and a sac fly by Carter Essick. Coon Rapids Bayard added a pair of runs in the 7th with Cal Heydon leading off with a triple, a single by Lance Clayburg and a sac fly by Parker Hays.
Kolby Culbertson and Cal Heydon both had 2 hits with Heydon tripling and scoring twice and Culbertson scoring once. Lance Clayburg, Jacob Estrada and Parker Hays all had 2 RBI. Heydon went 3 2/3 innings, allowing no hits with 3 strikeouts and Lance Clayburg earned the win, going 3 1/3 innings with 3 hits and 1 earned run with 2 strikeouts.
Tate Schleisman, Chase Ragaller, Jake Jorgensen and Ryan North all had hits for Carroll with Schleisman scoring a run and Essick with an RBI. Linkin Weitl went 4 2/3 innings, allowing 6 hits and 3 earned runs with 5 strikeouts.
Coon Rapids Bayard improved to 14-1 and host Exira-EHK on Monday. Carroll went 1-1, improving to 2-10. The Tigers head to Winterset on Monday.
