The Wheelers had some extremely windy conditions as they hosted Red Oak on Tuesday afternoon. Despite not picking up a match win, they played well against the Tigers.
In singles, Rachel Rynearson was able to battle till the end against Josie Rengstorf until she fell 8-6 in the match. Audrey Jensen saw a similar match against Ressa Rolenc where Jensen came close but lost 8-5. In doubles, Jensen teamed up with Gery Anderson to take on Rolenc and Kayden Wingfield. The Audubon duo played well until the end where the Tigers duo ended up taking the 8-6 win.
The Wheelers return to the courts on Thursday, April 13th when they travel to take on Harlan.
