The Carroll wrestling team added another win to their season as they had no issues against Gilbert Monday. The Tigers went 7-1 in matches wrestled and were able to win the dual 69-12.
All but one of the matches for the Tigers ended in a fall victory. Ryler Ziegmann at 120 pounds went up against Corbin Bents and went the full time where Ziegmann was able to win via a 6-4 decision. Cooper Ludwig and Taidyn Peterson wasted no time in pinning their opponents in the first round at 0:37. Dreylen Schweitzer, Jameson Polking, Cael Nelson, and Jireh Gallegos were all also able to pick up wins via fall.
The Tigers are back on the mats on Thursday, January 19th when they travel to Winterset.
