Kuemper At West Central Valley Invitational 

Kuemper took three wrestlers on Saturday, scoring 45 points, finishing in 6th place out of 13 teams. The Knights had a champion and a runner-up, going 7-3 in matches wrestled with 6 of their wins by fall.

Grace Hoffman was a champion at 110, going 3-0 with all 3 wins by fall. Sadie Smith took 2nd place, going 2-1 with both wins by fall and Kyla Wiskus went 2-2 at 115 with a win by fall.

Carroll At Jack Mendenhall At Ames

Carroll had a really good day at a strong tournament in Ames on Saturday, taking 4th place with 117 points. The Tigers finished 14-15 in matches wrestled with 10 of their wins by fall along with a major decision. Carroll had a champion and three girls finish in 2nd place.

Emma Daniels at 235 was the Tigers champion, going 3-0 with all 3 wins by fall. Emma Grossman went 2-1 at 170, finishing in 2nd place with a win by decision. Julia Kanne at 105 and Sunny McGowan at 110 both went 1-1 win wins by fall and both finished in 2nd place. Averi Burke and Kloee Jones at 135 and 140 respectively both went 2-2 with Burke in 4th and Jones finishing in 5th place. Both had 2 wins by fall.

South Central Calhoun and East Sac At Ogden 

South Central Calhoun competed with seven wrestlers in the gold tournament, East Sac had two wrestlers in the gold tournament and one in the silver tournament at Ogden on Saturday. The Titans took 14th place with East Sac 30th in team scoring in the gold tournament. South Central Calhoun went 11-15 in matches wrestled with 10 wins by fall while East Sac went 1-4 in the gold tournament and 3-0 in the silver tournament with a champion. The Raiders won all 3 matches in the silver tournament by fall.
