South Central Calhoun got back to their winning ways with a big win over Manson NW Webster on homecoming night.
The Titans’ offense had a big surge in the first half with 44 points. Gavin Batta had a solid passing game going five of eight on passing with 177 yards and two touchdowns. The running game for the Titans was even better with Dominik Kistler going off for 10 Carries, 73 Yards, and 4 touchdowns. As a team, South Central Calhoun ended the game with 230 rushing yards.
In the second half, South Central Calhoun’s offense got one more touchdown on the board to lead 51-0. The Cougars were able to get on the board in the fourth quarter with 13 points. Logan Moline threw those two touchdowns to Caydin Anderson and Matt Condon and all together he ended the game with 122 passing yards and two interceptions. South Central Calhoun stayed ahead and came away with the 51-13 win.
The win elevates the Titans to 2-2 overall on the season. They are on the road Friday when they take on Eagle Grove.
