Kolby Culbertson of Coon Rapids Bayard has been one of the most dominant pitchers in the State this season. This past week he threw 14 innings, allowing 1 ER with 19 K’s. He added 7-15 at the plate with a 2B, 3B, 6 RBI earning him Outlaw Graphics Regional Athlete of the Week. Congrats Kolby!
