Audubon played well but came up short in a couple of matches, falling at Red Oak 9-0. The Wheelers were scheduled to host the meet but the weather moved it to the YMCA in Red Oak on Friday afternoon. Audubon went 13-48 in games in singles and 11-24 in doubles. Jack Stanerson nearly won his singles match, falling 8-6 while Sawyer McClain and Isaac Jackson each won 2 games. The Wheelers were stronger in doubles. Eli Deist and Connor Christensen battled hard before falling 8-4. It was the same story for Sawyer McClain and Aidan Griffith who also lost 8-4. Jack Stanerson and Isaac Jackson played well in doubles, falling 8-3.

The Wheelers will be back in action Monday at Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson.

Braden Woods of Red Oak won 8-6 over Jack Stanerson of Audubon
