Brincks Exteriors Sports Report: Carroll and South Central Calhoun Boys Golf Teams Compete on Chilly Tuesday

Boys Golf Results for Tuesday, April 19th

 

Carroll at Boone

The Carroll Tigers closed out a solid day on the course as they finished second overall in the team standings. Carroll finished with a score of 171, just behind Perry’s winning team score of 165. Despite the cold and slightly windy conditions. Drew Munson was able to grab runner-up medalist honors with a score of 40. Will Ragaller was right on his tail as he finished up the day with a score of 41. Bryce Berlau had a solid day as well, putting up a score of 43. Conner Kirsch rounded out the team scoring for the Tigers as he had a score of 47. The Tigers are back in action on Thursday, April 21st as they travel to Spencer.

South Central Calhoun at Manson NW Webster

The South Central Calhoun Titans braved the cold and windy conditions Tuesday afternoon and put up a good performance against Manson NW Webster. The Titans had no troubles defeating the Cougars as they had a team score of 169 compared to the Cougars’ score of 204. They also put up the three best individual performances of the meet, with Bryan Steig capturing medalist honors with a score of 40. Nik Whipkey and Justin Hanks shared runner-up medalist honors as they both had a similar score of 41. Kadynn Isaacs rounded out the scoring for the Tigers as he ended his day on the course with a score of 47. The Titans return to action on Thursday, April 21st as they travel to West Bend Mallard with the girls team.
