Lane Sams of IKM-Manning has been really good in the 1600 Meters and 3200 Meters this season, setting a new personal record in the 3200 at the Carroll Co-Ed. Sams earned Outlaw Graphics Regional Athlete of the Week for the week beginning 4-08-22. Congrats Lane!
