Brincks Exteriors Sports Report: Coon Rapids Bayard and Glidden Ralston Boys Track Teams Compete at Panorama Tuesday

Boys Track Results for Tuesday, April 5th

Glidden Ralston and Coon Rapids Bayard at Panorama

Glidden Ralston and Coon Rapids Bayard traveled to Panorama on Tuesday and both teams came away with solid performances. Coon Rapids Bayard ended the meet in seventh place in the team standings with 38 points. Glidden Ralston ended the meet in 10th place in the team standings.

Gabe Obert and Easton Hays both had solid nights in their individual events and the relay they were part of. Obert got second in the high jump with a best jump of 5-10.00. Hays was able to secure victory in the long jump with a best jump of 21-01.50 and got second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.10. Obert and Hays, along with Tanner Oswald and Raiden Doty, got third in the 4X100 relay with a time of 46.22. Glidden Ralston’s 4X800 relay team was able to secure a sixth-place finish. Composed of Carter Soyer, Emmett Snyder, Jonathan Bergmeier, and Ethan Olberding, the relay team finished with a time of 10:00.07.

Up next for Glidden Ralston, the Wildcats will travel to SE Valley on Monday, April 11th while the Coon Rapids Bayard team will compete next on Tuesday, April 12th at Earlham.
