Gilbert and Dallas Center Grimes at Carroll
Carroll was able to come away with a dominant team win against Gilbert and a tough loss to Dallas Center Grimes Thursday night. The Tigers lost to Dallas Center Grimes 52-15 with four wins overall and won 63-12 over Gilbert with eight wins in matches wrestled.
Individually, Carter Drake, Cooper Ludwig, and Ryler Ziegmann all went 2-0 on the day. Drake picked up wins via decision and fall at 1:11, Ludwig won both his matches via fall, at 50 seconds and at 2:50, and Ziegmann won via sudden victory and fall at 1:42. Colton Wieland went 1-0 in matches wrestled with a win via decision, but ultimately went 2-0 overall on the day.
Dreylen Schweitzer, Levi Dirkx, Jireh Gallegos, Justin Reisberg, and Sterling Rodman would all go 1-1 overall on the day. Schweitzer won via fall at 1:48, Dirkx won via fall at 4:29, Gallegos picked up a win via fall at 1:48, Reisberg grabbed his win via decision, and Rodman won via fall at 1:53.

Kuemper and Lewis Central at Atlantic
Kuemper had two tough matches against Lewis Central and Atlantic-CAM Thursday night as they picked up strong wins out of those losses. Lewis Central took it to Kuemper 61-38 in their match and Atlantic-CAM won 56-21 over the Knights.
Individually for the Knights, Riley and Shea Parkis, Hayden Stout, and Cal Wanninger had strong nights going 2-0 overall on the day. Riley Parkis won both his matches via fall, at 3:36 and at the last moment at 6:00. Shea Parkis had to fight for his two victories, winning via major decision and decision. Stout got both his victories via fall at 5:48 and decision. Finally, Wanninger won his matches via major decision and via fall at 27 seconds. Jake Irlbeck went 1-0 in matches wrestled, victorious via decision.

East Sac, Woodbine and South Central Calhoun at Audubon
East Sac, South Central Calhoun, and Woodbine all traveled to Audubon for a quad match on Thursday night with all three local teams picking up at least one match win. The Titans defeated Audubon 63-15 and Woodbine 78-6, Audubon squeezed past East Sac 36-35, and East Sac grabbed the win over Woodbine 42-12. South Central Calhoun did not go head-to-head against East Sac and Audubon and Woodbine did not have a match either
Individually for the Titans Zachary Trott and Kevin King went 2-0 in matches wrestled. Trott won both his matches via fall, one at 5:52 and the other at 1:26, as did King winning via fall at 1:25 and 1:41. Against Audubon, Brock Nattress, Riley Timmerman, Jayden Soard, and Justin Rohlfing all went 1-0 in matches wrestled. Mattress, Timmerman, and Rohlfing all won via fall while Soard won via major decision.
For the Audubon Wheelers Lane Barber had the best day going 2-0 in his matches wrestled, winning via fall at 3:00 and decision. Zeke Konkler, Evan Alt, and Gabe Jensen went 1-1 overall on the day. Konkler picked up his win via fall at 3:02, Alt won as well via fall at 2:41, and Jensen grabbed his win via fall at 2:44. Other Wheelers who picked up wins include Alex Hansen who defeated Kaden Dorman of South Central Calhoun via fall at 1:54 and Cooper Nielsen who defeated Dominik Kistler of the Titans via fall at 12 seconds.
From the East Sac Raiders, Kinnick Fahrenkrog went 1-0 in matches wrestled, winning via fall at 59 seconds. Charlie Veit was able to grab a win over Alex Hansen of Audubon via technical fall. Chandler Quirk grabbed a win over Keegan Deist of Audubon via fall at 1:56. Finally, Bradyn Burns picked up a victory over Jack Stanerson via fall at 1:42.
